The Student Edition is $30 and is 3-hole punched, allowing you to provide your own binder.
The Reference Edition (pictured above) is $35, wire-bound, and features a soft, durable cover that is printed and stamped in gold foil.
The Collector’s Edition is $150 and features a dark burgundy leatherette book cloth, hand-bound, hard cover with Spanish Grain embossed pattern with gold foil stamping on the cover and the spine. The Collector’s Edition will be limited to 250 copies with each copy being numbered, personally inscribed, and signed by Michael and Debra Sull.
