Monteverde recently announced the addition of the Deluxe to their Invincia line. The Deluxe is constructed of carbon fiber and comes in three trim options: black chrome, mirrored chrome, and rose gold. The fountain pen features a flexible stainless steel nib with a “special” titanium coating to offer extra durability and corrosion resistance. Nib options include fine, medium, broad, and finally, 1.1mm stubby goodness! Street price on the fountain pen is about $108 and around $80 for the ballpoint.
I actually love the look the of this pen with the black hardware, and nib, especially. I really wish more companies would offer this combination on their pens. Add in that factory stub and I think they’ve got a real winner for first time fountain pen buyers.
