The Known TWSBI System - A Timeline

PASADENA, Calif. – FPGEEKS’ Noteworthy International Bureau of Science, using data* provided by TWSBI World Headquarters, has completed the 3.2 penzillion calculations necessary to estimate the trajectories of several highly anticipated TWSBI celestial bodies. This information is provided for educational, informational, and irrational purposes only. Exact impact dates for TWSBI products are impossible to calculate accurately outside the forty-eight hour window prior to splashdown.

FPGeeks’ Chief Fuzzy-Math Engineer, Walter Ute Inkin, released the following statement:

“TWSBI’s Vac 700 appears to have gained substantial velocity over the past 93.8 days. Current data indicates a January 2012 landing, with an estimated impact zone ranging from the Amazon jungles to the shores of eBay.

Soon thereafter, possibly in March of 2012, we’ll see the approach and impact of Full Color TWSBI 540′s.

The trajectories of both TWSBI Micarta and TWSBI Mini are, at this point, highly volatile. Using all currently available data, both products are estimated to breach the atmosphere in April, May or June of 2012, with the Micarta expected to make impact just ahead of the Mini.”

Dr. Inkin reiterated that these predictions are technically iffy, and that no end-of-world prophesies should yet be posited or advanced.

*TWSBI graciously provided the anticipated release dates for each product, clarifying that the dates are “very estimated.”

  1. Katie says:

Does the March 2012 date include the smoke 540, or is that on a separate trajectory?

  2. Eponymous says:

What about the 550 (the aluminium version of the 540)?

  3. Katie, the Smoke 540 has yet to be spotted by our deep space telescopes. It could be hiding near the center of the Full Color 540 cluster, but that has not been verified. As soon as we know, we'll spread the word.

Eponymous, the 550's deployed some sort of cloaking device and despite our best efforts, we have been unable to ascertain their current position ever since. As soon as we find the work-around, we'll post everything we know.

  4. Ha! Made me chuckle guys :)

Let us know when Keppler spots the first ink habitable TWSBI Click, won't you?

  5. Karen says:

I have been eagerly awaiting the Micarta. While I am disappointed that it seems it will be released well after the new year, I am glad you guys are on top of it! As always, I enjoy your geek humor. "The TWSBI System" concept and diagram are really funny, yet very helpful and informative. Thank you! Please keep the updates coming! Take care guys!
