How does “Hand-made European grade Acrylic Resin” compare to “Precious Resin”?

Nice line of pens the Prima and the availability of a stub nib makes these very appealing to me. As to precious resin – at least Monteverdes price point is affordable compare to other purveyors of precious resin!

I bought one of the “Striped BLue” Primas when they first came out and I’m very pleased with it. It’s a very pleasant pen to use (nicely-balanced, nice weight, good writer) and I just ordered a stub nib for it from my local pen store. Wish they’d make the sections match the barrel colour, though…I’d be collecting Primas, then!
