I just bought a NOS Waterman 354 and the sac seems pliable but I do not want to risk it. What sac size am I looking for to replace it? Also, will the grey marble celluloid?? stain with certain sac out gassing? Which sacs should I be looking at to preserve the color?

Waterman. You can't make out the sticker but it says 354 Med Flex $3.50. A NE old stock from the 1940's. Imprint says Waterman's Made in the U.S.A.™ (http://www.flickr.com/photos/ivan_romero/8936992075/) by IvanRomero (http://www.flickr.com/people/ivan_romero/), on Flickr

I think all the modern sacs are fine.

I did see that list, along with another more complete list on Richard Binder's site and vintagepens.com. Still says nothing about the 354. If 354 is actually the model of the pen.

Have you tried aking Richard or David what size they think it is?
Of course, you can always open the pen and measure the nipple. One of the sites gives you the sac size from the nipple size.

Hi Ivan...A normal No 16 sac will fit that pen without any staining....Good luck.
