I'm looking for how to repair this Bermond and figure out what system it is.
Est-ce quelqu'un sait quel type de système c'est et comment le remettre en état?

With that long of a blind cap, I am guessing syringe filler. Can the little "knob" above the threads be pulled out? A bulb filler doesn't really make sense with the capillary tube, so maybe it is a bulb filler with the pressure bar (that fits over the knob) missing or stuck in the blind cap? Can the little "knob" above the threads be squeezed?

Edit: also have you shined a bright light through the barrel to see what is in there other than empty space?

Looks like a bulb filler to me. Many British bulb fillers use a tube to ensure a good fill, Langs and Platignum among them, so it's likely that French manufacturers were doing it too. The "knob" is where the sac is attached.

I concur with Deb-- bulb-filler. Let me show you another:

Long breather tube, long blind cap. The bulb should be as long as the blind-cap will allow, and it will still take 15-20 compressions to fill the barrel. Treat it like an eyedropper when using it-- if it's below 1/3 full, it is apt to dribble.

edit: pondering the shape of the nipple, that deep waist is probably meant to allow a metal ring to secure the bulb in place-- this was pretty common in the old bulb-fillers.

has been added a sac by Fountainbel and polished. Niced pen I have since then.
