I don't care how fast it is, it's still a syringe.
I prefer to work the converter. I can see if it is still working and flush the ink out of it too.

I use a bulb thingy, too. Also, I'll use a syringe to squirt inside piston fillers, like Pelikans and TWSBI Minis, when I clean them.

I do that with the TWSBI Mini too :thumb:, as with my Lamy 2000 (Haven't got a Pelikan yet, something else jumped the queue on my wish list).

Sometimes I use syringe to fill the converter and cartridge,and using bulb syringe to clean the Parker 61, it works great.
