Default Kitless Custom Bog Oak Pen

This Pen Started off Life as a Solid Rod of Brass (360) and a stick of Ancient Irish Bog Oak .
It Has a Bock two tone #6mm Medium Nib with a Bock Feed.
It Weighs in at 72.5 Grams Capped and 43.5 Grams Uncapped (28 grams = 1 ounce)

I Originally designed this pen as a desk pen... and I will install a brass button Roll Stop to it very shortly.. (Or leave it as is (depending on the buyers preference)
The pictures just can not display the Richness that this wood portrays when you pick it up in our hand. The Very Dark brownish... almost black with with the very dark black streaks throughout. The Heft of the pen is very well balanced and feels nice in your hands!
I left the wood and metal bare so the user can feel the sumptuous smooth grain of the wood and so the metal will patina with age.

That is a beautiful pen. It has an interesting brown colour. Most of the bog oak I have worked with is a black with a few brown lines in it.
