    Default TWSBI 580 Assembly

Does anyone have some good instructions on how to assemble the 580 piston mechanism with proper adjustment? I disassembled mine at the last fill/clean to grease the piston seal. I put it back together and adjusted it. It worked fine until the piston got very low, then the end cap that turns the piston popped off. I must have gotten the piston rod too low. I have seen Goulet's video on the subject. Know of any other videos on this issue?

    Thanks a bunch,
    Armstrong

Somehow my web search missed that. Thank you.

That particular video was very helpful. Got my black 580 back up and running. Filled it with Noodler's Marine Green, one of my favorites along with Purple Martin and Luxury Blue.
