Hello, I want to try my hand at restoring a parker vacumatic, the question is which wrench size would I need? Do all plastic (3rd gen) fillers conform to the smaller size?

Yes. You only need the big one for oversized Vacs. The small one even fits the older lock-down fillers.

I was advised to just get the smaller one, as that will be 99% of what is out there. And that is what I did.
However, if you want to cover that last 1%, or if you WANT an oversized, then get both.
Pentooling even has a 2-in lever wrench, with both sizes in one lever wrench.
Both Pentooling and WoodBin have the aluminum bar with a screw to tighten. I tried one and did not feel comfortable with it, as the screw insulates me from how TIGHT the wrench is clamping onto the filler. So I am back to the lever wrench.
