Oh man! Now I'm bad at two things and I thought I was only bad at one. This is one more (right?)!

BTW, I also think I've lost track of what I owe to whom. If I owe you a letter please ping me, or poke me with a gently rounded stick.

One in from West Virginia yesterday. I may get back to him sooner than promised if my reply calculations are correct.

Man, math AND arithmitic AND spelling!

Two out today. Reply pile now at one. I know, because I counted it twice and then asked my daughter.

Took pics of the kiddies for the Christmas cards, so plenty will be going out very soon.

After a good but easy meal today, part of what I am thankful for is the pen community here, the people I have gotten to know, my pens and ink and paper so I wrote three letters this evening. Perfect end to a lovely day.

One written. It'll go out tomorrow, along with the letter by daughter wrote to her grandma to show off her cursive skills with a fountain pen
Reply pile now at zero. I've checked periodically throughout the day, and my count keeps coming up the same, so I'm reasonably sure it's accurate.

To my correspondents--Sorry I'm late returning replies. It's been a rough semester. I do have you in mind and will send out replies soon. The end of the semester is nigh...

O gee...the card I sent to Bangkok from the post box at work was just delivered to my house. Aren't they supposed to send it to the address that's on the same side as the (USPS Global) stamp?

The reason for no return address on my letters form China is to stop that problem

And I received your letter today VertOlive

I received one back yesterday that was supposed to go to NY. I suspect that with the small envelopes I use that when I use too broad a nib and the return address which I always put in the front left upper corner, gets read by the machine as the mail-to address (or by an incompetent postal employee). It's only happened once before but its a bother.

One in yesterday (with vintage 8¢ stamps that are absolutely lovely!) from someone new who refused to be deterred by my introduction.

Hoping to make a reply today before the boys and our special guest arrive for our Thanksgiving.
