I haven't been able to connect to FPN all day either. I agree it would be terrible if that archive of reviews, etc. were lost.

Lost or not, I've been noticing lately that traffic over there seemed down. I just registered here today and think I found where everyone has been hiding.

It seems to be back, at the moment. For what it's worth.

well, judging from the timestamps on most recent posts there, it looks like it wasn't down at all for some people.

I was waiting to comment until I could verify, but they did change the accounts. They have lost their minds! $90 dollars a year to list, not sell but merely list, 10 pens per month. Their arbitrary numbers reflect that they are people that don't sell pens.

While I don't intend to detract from the importance of Jon's message, it needs to be said that we all should put a little more effort into learning what words actually mean, and use them appropriately. I, myself, am guilty of this and I'm afraid so is the majority of my generation. I see it to a much greater extent in people younger than me and I fear 'liking' this and +1'ing that, and l33t 5p3ak sms, wut u doin, lol, brb, tl;dr has contributed to the inability for people to properly express their thoughts and emotions.

I don't think I've encountered anything more difficult than trying to write eloquently. It's something I strive to do every time I write for FPGeeks, but fear I fail repeatedly. Perhaps I should have paid more attention while in school.

You appear to have your manuals mixed up. If one wanted to raise suspicion (vs merely having fun), that tactic then would be from the WDM.

Sigh... they have so much yet to learn

The fruit? Or the original meaning of the word?

I bet there is at least one person from earlier in this thread would think you have succeeded in the latter!
    (I couldn't resist, and will now run for cover . . . yes, I know that is a variant of an LDM technique . . . .)
