    I've converted the usual suspects:
Pilot 78G (works fine, no quibbles)
Hero 616 (works better but that might be subjective, I've ground the nib down to a stub)
Platinum Preppy (my younger sister uses this as her 'green pen')
Pilot Penmanship (I use this with a modified italic nib for practicing Irish script at home)
Noodler's Ahab (again works better in my opinion as an ED)

I've toyed with the idea of converting my Vista to an ED as I go through so much ink in a few days but I just haven't gotten around to it. Converting the Prera to an ED sounds cool!

Would you cover the ink window or get a Rollerball Vista which doesn't have the ink window holes and just swap the grip sections ?
sinistral hypergraphica - a slurry of ink

This I'd like to know as well. AFAIK, there are some holes in the back of the rollerball vista which have to be closed. Anyone tried it so far?

I have, I've even had the RB body in my shopping cart a few times but honestly it boils down to a mixture of laziness and apprehension. I quite like the look of the Vista with the converter inside as it is.

edit: patta there is a few vids on YouTube where people fill the hole at the end of the RB body with what appears to be epoxy.

Thanks, I will take a closer look at it.
