This is Luna, the cocker spaniel. My husband and I just adopted her from a rescue org a couple of weeks ago. The vet suggests that she is approx. 2 yrs old. I had been searching Petfinder.com for about a year when her profile popped up and it seemed that "all the stars aligned"; right timing, right dog. We have been so happy with her, and she is such a sweetie. I can't say enough about second-hand dogs. Here is a photo of her at a recent trip to Petco, showing off her Jedi spirit.
Beware of oblique conclusions.
Mistress Ellie has assented to sit for a photo: She is 12 and had come all the way from Galway in Ireland to live with me--an Irish Puddin' Jack. Her head was once as red as an Irish Setter, but I've petted all the color from her lovely and elegant face. She is a 10-pound, soul-less killing machine if you happen to be a varmint, however....

Not my dog per se, but I treat and spoil him like he was. I send packages to my parents house with his name on them all the time.
