    Default Removing ink/branding from preppy

I just finished this project. I used off brand familycare unscented. Rubbed with it an old washcloth, then LIGHTLY buffed it with a buffer block to help break up the seal of the ink then rubbed with washcloth, focusing on one section at a time. About 10-15 minutes of work gave me a lovely demonstrator pen with minimal barrel clouding.

This was based off an ehow tutorial I found while procrastinating doing my homework.

Thanks for that! I used Autan insect repellent. Same gorgeous result!
De pen is machtiger dan het zwaard - de pen wordt nog gebruikt, het zwaard hangt aan de muur...
