So what your saying is...
You have Siemens in your ears?

Of course, that is a very small part of their business. They must be one of the largest electronic manufacturers in the entire world. And all that aside, congratulations! I hope they enhance your life.
Then again, if you really want some good audio (sorry, Karl, this is about names), the people at Schiit Audio have embraced their name entirely.

Hey Karl,
Those new ones are amazingly small. Nice. Where do the grey bits (batteries?) rest? In the conch? How many drivers in each unit?
Hope you don't mind me asking. I was into custom IEMs for audio. These things fascinate me.
Regarding the underlined, you can see the battery door slightly popped open (that's how you turn em off), but yes at the tail of the grey thing.
Absolutely no clue on drivers, etc etc as they're not ear buds, they don't provide those kind of specs.
They're Orion RIC which this is probably the most info you'll get about them without being an audiologist. http://hearing.siemens.com/us/en/pro...ion/orion.html

Now what pen is that leaning on the equipment in the "This Schiit is Bananas" frame of the link Jon Szanto gave...
