    Default Rainbow Flighter 811

I don't know a lot about this pen other than it is from the 80's and discontinued. My information is from the seller and I have not really researched it. I just like the look of it. Obviously another Parker wannabe. I did have to do a few passes on the nib with the buff sticks on the medium and then fine grits. It felt scratchy and looked to have a little corrosion on the nib tip. Very smooth now with a little bit of feedback, the way I like them.

Interesting pen with a distinctive reverse hood section or cut-out V above the nib. The circular grooved pattern in the grip area looks neat too.
With the cap on it gives the appearance of a fancy ballpoint or rollerball rather than a fontain pen.

DarthVader looks lighter than usual; is he basking in the reflected glory of the Rainbow Flighter 811 or do you have more than one figure ?

You've enough Chinese pens now to start up a forum on them by yourself.

The grip is cool and I really like the semi hidden nib. I need to find one with the integrated section/nib. I know they exist (Chinese pen, not the Parker). I have seen one but it was in someone's collection and not for sale.
