Find My Next Ink!
FPGeeks on InstagramWhen carrying two pens at a time, like the @edelberg_official Sloop and Tachys seen here, I like to use the Pen Guardian made by Tom Harvey (thePenGuardian.com). It's slim, made from leather, and protects my pens perfectly. How do you carry two pens at once?fpgeeks1368I wish I could say the venerable Montblanc 149 was without flaw, but even it needs a tuning. This one had flow issues causing it to start skipping within a couple sentences. That was easily taken care of. Then it required a reduction in size down to almost an extra fine. If you have a pen giving you fits then check out fpgeeks.com/nib-services/ right away!fpgeeks21412Just finished up some nib work on this lovely Omas vintage Paragon in Arco Verde celluloid. Beautiful pen!fpgeeks2246I got a chance to play with this @karaskustoms ink while I ground the broad nib into an Architects point. It's a beast of a pen!fpgeeks21724I just finished reducing the medium nib on this Falcon to almost an EF for more dramatic line variation. If you would like a similar service performed on your pen, please visit fpgeeks.com/nib-services/fpgeeks21812Here's a dilemma I'm happy not to be presented with: Visconti Divina Elegance or Homo Sapiens Crystal? How would you choose? For more info on both please see my reviews at fpgeeks.com.fpgeeks19010The Franklin-Christoph Penvelope cases are some of my all time favorites. I finally picked up the 13 pen case to match the 6 pen case in boot brown I already had. They're very well made and easily hold pens as large as a Montblanc 149. They do make them in other colors so check out Franklin-Christoph for more information.fpgeeks18310I'm so enamored by the Visconti HS Crystal! The Homo Sapiens design is so comfortable in the hand and the material is freakin' gorgeous. If you can find one, I highly recommend buying it as they're starting to become a little scarce. For more information please see my review at fpgeeks.com.fpgeeks2808I'm considering selling this BCHR Federal Pen with a super flex Aiken Lambert nib to help pay for the Classic Pens LB5 I bought at the #coloradopenshow. I picked this up from Susan Wirth at the show as well and discovered my Swan 1512 performs just as well, so I don't really need this one. If you're interested, email me at email@example.comYou've probably seen a similar pic like this before, but it's still pretty polarizing to see the amount of gold flake in J. Herbin 1670 Stormy Grey.fpgeeks2668
