Indeed, but I do have a Swan with a No4 Eternal nib which wouldn't do too badly i think!

An Eternal nib is pretty solid; Rambo could wreak serious havoc with a Swan ETN44!

It's quite fine, and incredibly smooth. Zero flex but amazingly pleasant to use; the pen is very large: 138mm capped, but very nice in the hand - what one might expect from a classic Mabie Todd product! (I'm a big fan!):
