After my mother passed away I acquired her Parker Minim which she always kept in her purse and used every day from around 1961 until her death, ten years ago. It is inscribed Made in England 1/10 12ct R.Gold and has vertical lines in groups of three engraved the length of the barrel, and the mechanism works perfectly. I understand that they were only produced in England between 1960-1962. Are they collectable in the gold finish? Having done a little research it appears that the chrome/plastic versions are the more desirable. Also can anyone give me an estimate of its value?
Many thanks.
