This is a USA made Duofold Senior flattop button filler fountain pen, in discoloured Jade. All parts are original. There some brassing on the clip, and non on the cap band. The cap band is tight. Imprint is deep and clear. Nib is a USA 14k gold, and is a wet, smooth writer. Pen was disassembled, cleaned and has a new latex ink sac installed. The nib was badly damaged so I ground it down into a cursive Italic with a writing sample in the last picture.

Hey fountainpenkid.

No the tipping was broken off the nib and the tines were mangled. I ground it down myself into the CI, so it's just the gold without tipping material.
