Rhodia A4 notebook 180pg 80

I use notebooks extensively at work and am in search of the perfect notebook :

Spiral wound (side spine)
A4 size
feint lines
hard cover
no holes punched
perforated (i.e. removable) pages

I recently bought the Rhodia A4 notebook 180pg 80g (http://www.bureaudirect.co.uk/rhodia-a4-spiral-bound-notebooks/p854) and am now about 50% through (I get through one roughly every 1-2 months), here are some thoughts :

Likes

Paper is OK and stands up pretty well to FP ink, haven't seen any disastrous bleedthrough (like Moleskine does)
Size is perfect for me and spiral wound works well
180 page size is about right in the weight vs capacity

Dislikes

Paper not as nice as 90 gsm Rhodia paper in this review (http://fpgeeks.com/forum/showthread.php/6917-Rhodia-A4-bound-notebok-90-gm-96-sheet), it seems less white, less smooth and resilient
covers are too flexible for me, a bit bendy which means if you happen to be making notes without a desk or table then its a bit floppy and more susceptable to damage
Again the covers, having taken a bit of damage are curling at the corners and show damage -looks a bit messy.

Verdict

Not bad, I think its good value, I could live with it but I am going try 'upgrading' to some others before placing another order. I have a feeling my holy grail could be this Rhodia notebook (http://www.bureaudirect.co.uk/rhodia-professional-a4-wirebound-hardback-book/p3760) so I have ordered one to try. Admittedly these are quite a bit more expensive.
I have also ordered two of these Clarefontaine pads (http://www.bureaudirect.co.uk/clairefontaine-a4-hardback-index-notebook/p346) and will report back but have a feeling that the pre-cut ring binder holes will really annoy me (yes I am that fussy!). I wil report back later .....

Any suggestions happily received!

Cheers!

I've used these. Great 90gsm Optik paper, suitable for FPs. Perforated but not hole-punched. 180 pages. Not hard-cover though. Still a bit pricey. You might be able to find them cheaper elsewhere.

These look nice, not cheap though. I'll put one on the list :)

Had you thought about these, currently half price at Tesco.net, 70 pages of good, decent paper, better than some of the poor quality stuff these Italians put out, I've been impressed, but then I'm easily pleased, apparently
