The Parker Duofold Ace was introduced in 2005 and features the Ace motif on top of the cap and in the nib imprint. The Centennial is the larger of the two sizes the Duofold is available in and can be seen in the gallery images compared to the Pelikan M805 and the smaller Duofold International pens.
The stock medium nib has been modified to a 0.6mm stub to provide line variation while preserving that smooth feel. Flow is moderate, being neither wet nor dry and could easily be adjusted to the buyer’s preference.
The pen is in overall good condition and shows signs of use. The two thick cap bands show small scratches but no brassing. There are small surface scratches around the cap and barrel that could easily be polished out to bring back that ‘like new’ look.
At the bottom of the barrel is the imprint “PARKER MADE IN UK N.II” The date code of “N.II” denotes the pen was made in the second quarter of 2009. $225
