Bleh can't decide between the black wood, or ivory e-motion. Trying to do some research on them but is there a weight difference between the two?

@KBeezie,

I don't notice any weight difference between them in the hand. They have a nice weight and balance, very substantial and quality feel.

I'll recommend the e-Motion. I like long pens (unposted). I prefer lightweight pens. I don't like metal sections.
And I love my e-Motion pearwood. The Faber Castell steel nibs are wonderful.

@broadoblique,

Absolutely. I've been a fountain pen enthusiast for about five years now, and of all the brands I've tried Faber Castell has the best combination of cool design, quality craftsmanship, and incredibly smooth nibs. Curiously the brand doesn't seem to get much attention. I only came across it through an sbrebrown review.
