FS: Pelikan Blue-Black fp/mp 250 Set (14k M Nib, 0.5 mm MP, w/ Box & Papers)

For sale is a Pelikan 250 fp and mp set in blue and black resin with gold trim. The fp has a 14k M nib. It was inked only once and used lightly. It is, of course, a piston filler. The mechanical pencil uses 0.5 mm lead. It is essentially unused (other than my testing it). There is an eraser under the push button. Box and papers included.

I bought the set as NOS. The German seller claimed the pencil was a 400 series mp; but I was unable to confirm that. Its color and style do match or fit the 250 fp well.

Looking at the clip, band, (and if the band says Germany instead of W.-Germany), I'm guessing this is 1992-1996 vintage?

Sounds right to me; it is 'Germany' on the band.
