Looking for My next Pen, need some advice?

After shifting a lot of pens I didn't use here are the ones that are left;

Parker; 15 (Red GT), I.M (Silver), Frontier (Teal, Twilight, Flighter), Sonnet (Dark Grey 18k nib)
rotring; Esprit (Tourmaline), Freeway (Blue)
Lamy Studio (Stainless Steel)
Diplomat: Aero (Pencil)
Peikan M200 (Gt)
Cross; Century II
Jinhao; X450
Kaigelu; 356

Essentially I have around £50 to £100 I could spend. What I'm essentially looking for is a broad nibbed modern pen that offers a little springiness like the M200 and Sonnet do. These are my favorite pens both with fine nibs. I essentially want something relatively light (sub 25 grams with a section of at least 1cm).

I've thinking about this for a while so here are all the pens I have considered;

Japanese pens; There a load of affordable Japanese gold nibbed pens in this price range. In some ways they seem like the obvious choice however I've never really found Japanese pens interesting. The designs just aren't my cup of tea.

European; There a few European options such as the Lamy 2000, Waterman Carene and Charleston as well as the Diplomat Aero and Excellence. which do seem interesting however I can't help but think non of these pens will offer what I'm looking for in terms of nib.

So does anyone have any suggestions it can be from the pens I have already ruled out as I really would like a broad nibbed pen with some springiness. Even the pens I have already ruled out as I really would like a broad nibbed pen with some springiness

You might like the Lamy 2000. It has a gold nib so is a lot springier than the Studio that you have.

The Lamy 2000 broad nib is great: very broad, very wet and a bit stubbish. Every Lamy 2000 nib is springy. Not flexy, but springy.

Most economical would be to buy a stand-alone broad nib for your Pelikan and just swap it in when you feel like a broad nib. Their steel nibs are very reasonable.

You could buy another nib for your M200, custom ground from Richard Binder (http://www.richardspens.com/?page=pens/nibs.htm), made exactly as you describe.

I think you should take a look at the Faber-Castell Basic. Their nibs are always terrific and for $45 you can't find a better pen.
