Can someone please let me know what kind of Parker is this and about when it was released ? It's a button filler.

I don't know my Parkers well enough to answer the question, but as regards when it was released, if there is a barrel imprint, there might be a date code there.

From the decoration on the capring, my first guess would be Duofold NS or AF. They where manufactured from the late 40's in the UK and Denmark in quite a few color variations.

What does NS and AF stand for?

NS seems to stand for New Style, AF is aluminium filler, the metal button was changed to an aluminium pin for filling.
