I've got a couple nibs that feather slightly on HP #32lb laser. I'm using Sheaffer black Skrip. Anyone have a recommendation for a dryer black?
Thanks,
Kent

I would say Parker Quink black and Pelikan 4001 black, but honestly I would call them about even with Skrip for dryness. I have a needlepoint that on some copy papers might as well be a medium-broad.

The Edelstein Onyx is on the dry side but I haven't tried any of the others to be able to compare

If you want to avoid feathering why not try Noodlers X-Feather, it's my everyday black ink and works on the most papers including some rubbishy ones.

Pelikan 4001 Brilliant Black is the driest black that I have used.
Noodler's bulletproof black does not feather on the worst paper.

It depends if the particular pen cap grabs the piston knob or the barrel when posted.
