One could be made but it would not be inexpensive.

Im sure it would be expensive. Pretty much every pen I have would need to have one custom made for it. I just for some reason want it for this one, lol. Where might I go for someone who can make a music nib?

If you want a music nib why don't you go for a Platinum 3776 or a Neponsit?

Thats possible but I am one who gets very used to the pens I have. The way they feel and such. Buying one of those would mean getting used to another pen.

You would need to supply a gold nib as a starting point. Figure around 200 for the work minimum.

If I were going to have a music nib made, and if it were going to cost upwards of $200, I think I would prefer to have it made for a 51 or a Duofold or a Vacumatic. This is just a suggestion, but I don't think the Sonnet gets enough respect to spend $200 plus on one. The Sonnets do get respect from me, and I have a couple of dozen or so of them, with nibs ranging from extra fine to broad italic. I just don't think you could recoup the cost if you were to sell the pen.
