Indeed! Is that intended for fountain pens? It resembles the shape of many dip nibs I use.

Some time ago, I saw an advert presenting some Ideal pens. The nib was presented separately. I believe that if it meant to be for FPs it was installed on a special request. Anyway, it seems that the eyedroppers existed like the Waterman #14 BHCR (750 USD!!!) pictured on this page:

That's interesting. A lot of interesting pens on that site, all sold on that page.
I find it's often more satisfying to me to look at pictures of the old and often famous pens instead of owning them. There are so many pens. Looking at websites like that is a pleasurable experience.
