Hello,

Tonight I am selling this Esterbrook SJ in the marbled silver color. I have replaced the sac and it is fully functioning. The overall condition of the pen is excellent, with no cracks and scratches (other than minor ones from use over 5-6 decades). The pen measures 4 3/4" long.

The nib on this pen is something I've never seen or heard of before (if this is normal, please tell me so I can fix the post. From most own experience, esterbrook did not make nibs like these). The pen has a 1555 nib that has an architect grind. This means that the down strokes are thin, almost crisp italic-y, and the side strokes are wide, almost like a stub or italic nib, but reversed.

I have close up pictures of the pen and nib and a writing sample of the architect grind.

I am selling this for $25 with $5 shipping, priority mail w/ insurance and tracking information.

If you would like to purchase this pen or if you have any questions, email me at thestationeryfreak@gmail.com (please do not PM me).
