This pen is from my collection and it's in very good condition. No dings, dents or large scratches.
It may have a few micro scratches. It has an 18kt extra-fine nib. The price is $120.00. Shipping is $5.00 in CONUS.

Is the pen a c/c fill model?

It takes cartridges or a converter. Pilot makes only one piston model that I know - the Pilot Custom Heritage 92.

I am sure you are right, although some vintage pilot pens were not c/c or piston :)
