$40 shipped USPS Priority to CONUS.

This is a small green striped celluloid no name purse pen.

This pen has issues. It had quite a few issues actually, but I managed to make this one a user again. I picked it up at an antique store. It was in rough shape. It had a cheap steel nib that was beyond saving. It had been a chew toy. It was caked in ink. The sac was ossified. It has plating loss on the rings. The rings are loose and spin around like a dance party. It used to be a ring top but the ring top is missing.

And oh yeah, this is the stinkiest celluloid pen I have ever handled. Normally celluloid has a faint odor that identifies it. This is ridiculous. It is a stinker for sure. Be warned.

I cleaned the pen thoroughly, I replaced the rubber sac with a silicon sac so that the celluloid does not degrade. I replaced the old steel nib with a Fountain Pen Revolution #5 flex nib. I wet sanded the living crap out of the entire pen, paying close attention to the bits that were used as chew toys. I inked the pen up and wrote two pages with it. It seems to write ok but I set the pen down to fiddle with something else and when I picked it back up it didn't want to start until I slid my finger down the nib slit. It might not be transferring air very good without a breather hole. It beats me but it wrote good for two pages and them some more after a little fiddling so I'd call it useable as far as vintage pens go.

The lever/sac system kinda sucks on a pen this tiny. I operated the lever and it drew up ink but only about a 25% fill due to the small stature of the filling system. To get a nice fill you have to tap the pen a few times in your hand to make the ink move down to the tail then actuate the lever again while upright, flip it over and fill it again. I got about a 80% fill that way.

I have the section friction fit into the barrel. It can be pulled out but seems snug enough to use. I DO NOT LIKE SHELLACING the sections to the body unless it is crazy loose. Celluloid gets too soft too fast for servicing easily. I try not to screw the next guy by shellacing celluloid.

Man, your handwriting is amazing. I feel like I've seen it somewhere - are you on YouTube?

Also, what ink is that?
