Started writing between Silverbreeze and myself this InCoWriMo and we've been discussing the merits of Stamford CT and Stamford Lincolnshire UK, yesterday Jane and I went shopping to our own Stamford, naturally I took my camera along, here's a few pictures from my trip to show Silverbreeze what it looks like, I hope you enjoy them...

Beautiful! I live about 30 miles away from Stamford, CT. Our Stamford doesn't have any of your Stamford history or beauty. I would love to stroll down the street and check out the shops. Any good pub food there?

Lots and lots of pubs and grub, we had our morning coffee in the the Tobie Norris ( http://www.kneadpubs.co.uk/our-pubs/the-tobie-norris ) which is delightful town centre pub that was home to a Bell casting firm in the 17th Century ( http://www.stamfordheritage.org.uk/index.php/heritage-sites/13-pubs-hotels/42-the-tobie-norris ) then we had lunch in the London Inn with a pint of local ale, there is also a micro brewery in the town. It's a great tourist trap, very photogenic and full of character.
