I bought a couple Konrads from Anderson pens at the DC show. Gave one to my Mom, she loves it.

I started using mine during a meeting and it quit writing. When I got it home I saw one of the tines was somehow kerfunkled. I couldn't fix it.

I contacted Brian Anderson and told him what happened. He took the nib out of his own Ahab and sent it to me.

That is remarkable service, so I'm remarking about it here.

Thanks Brian and Lisa, I shall look forward to giving you my money again soon.
