I've been binge-buying fountain pens, and I need to sell some to redeem myself. So, reluctantly, I offer this gorgeous Nakaya Ao-Tamenuri Decapod Twist with a rhodium-plated broad italic/stub ground by Mr. Mottishaw at nibs.com. This is a beautiful pen, and Nakaya is no longer making the Ao-Tamenuri finish, so it should increase in value. I am only selling it because it's the Nakaya I use the least. The nib is smooth and writes a gorgeous line (remember that a Japanese broad is similar to a Western medium).

I'm asking $875 because the pen is in excellent condition and it will only increase in value. No trades on this one. Shipping is included CONUS (insurance is extra). International buyers would need to pay shipping costs, insurance, and any customs charges.

Now, feast your eyes:

*alallalalalallal* I can't hear you. *lalalalalallalalla* So wish I had money, sadly I have none either. Unless you want a Pelikan and a Visconti in trade. ;)

Alas. I cannot trade. Binge buying, remember? I need to find money to pay for all of it. You know it's bad if I'm selling a Nakaya. *hangs head in shame*

OMG. Did not realize that Nakaya discontinued that finish, since that was the one I was looking at the most. Grumble.
