Really great work, Shawn! I love how creative you are with mixing and matching. The combination of Maj'k resin with cumberland ebonite especially appeals to me.

As for adding the snowflakes -- I glued a door knob to what I call the EdiSheafferSon (Frankenpen that Brian Gray made for me), a Morgan with a Sheaffer Triumph nib and section. I needed something to help me figure out the cap from the barrel, then realized that the door knob (previous part of an earring) would act as a rolling stop, too. Could really ramp up the whimsy that way. (I like whimsy.)
