Montblanc 146, Probably Late 90s according to Vasco (of Penalusa.com, He serviced it for me when the seller in Denmark sent it to him first, then forwarded to me after servicing it).

It is engraved with "Deutsche Lufthansa AG" on the side with a faint green filling. Dommc over at FPGeeks filled me in on where the pen came from when I showed him the pictures Vasco sent me, and according to him, it's a "Bonus" pen. Basically if an employee of the airlines gets a bonus check, they can exchange it for merchandise worth more than the bonus check (ie: $400 check, possibly traded in for $800 merchandise), the catch is, it's branded with the company's name.

I have not had a chance to ink it yet, but it feels very solid in the hand.

Nicely done, Karl. If I ever have a MB, it'll probably be a 146. Looks really pristine.

Just in the initial fondling (I mean handling as I decide on inks to use), it feels nicer than the M805 I have. Posting it wobbles a little, but it's not bad.

Nice. I just hope that it does not go on strike as frequently as the airline.

Nice! Just don't use it when checking in for a Lufthansa flight; they might claim it's still their pen.

Congrats! It's a beauty. The Lufthansa engraving is pretty neat, too.

Yea, going to be sending it off to Dan Smith Shortly, nib is in need of some work, very very very very dry ( http://i.imgur.com/aBPCAoO.jpg ) , feed seems fine been cleaned once already and then by me just in case, apparently that was why the original seller didn't want it, and the guy before him complained of that (turns out it was a retirement gift to his friend from the airlines). But didn't sound like either of them bothered to get the nib tuned or replaced.

To Follow up, got the 146 back from Dan Smith, writing pretty well now. Currently inked with Tsuki-yo.
