Another one I'm letting go due to lack of usage and because that 'niche' has been filled by my Wahl/Eversharp Doric (which has a slightly flexier adjustable nib when at full flex setting), and also because I'm not big on the demi size, and I'm not too accustomed to writing flex (which is why I like the adjustable on my doric).
A Eversharp Skyline Demi in Silver "Modern Stripe", or more commonly known as Silver Moire. It's a Demi size so roughly 4.8" capped, 4.6" Uncapped (to the nib point, 3.8" to the neck of the section), 5.25" Posted. About 11mm at the thickest part of the barrel, 9mm at the thinnest part of the section, and roughly 14mm at the thickest part of the cap (~17mm from back of cap to front of clip).
Has a 14K Nib that is what I would consider slightly short of flex but easier to flex than semi-flex (meaning it doesn't have quite the ease-of-flex as my Doric's #3 Adjustable at full flex mode, but easier to flex than the Semi-Flex on my 1956 Pelikan 400NN and Skyline Standard Semi-Flex). In the write sample the thickest part of the Skyline's writing was easier to do than the thickest part in the 400NN's lines.
I installed a new latex sac in it with fresh talc (which is still on there as I wiggle it out to check) and a new clear teflon breather tube installed.
It's got some brassing on the clip and lever and on the gold dome, however you'll notice from the pictures there's a bit of a bald spot right on the side of the dome.
I'm looking to get 150 for this plus shipping. If you're in the US I can ship it via USPS Priority fully insured for $8 (or 6 with the normal included $50 insurance).
