More power to armadillos, (ninja-) turtles and the like. Martial artists know that directing an attack back at the attacker is the most efficient response! Good though, that the shooter suffered only minor injuries - maybe he's learned a lesson.

From my experience, people like this rarely learn. It would require a bit of intelligence and cognitive skills. I'm often surprised the human species has survived this long.
