Hi all,
After finding this pen at an antique shop, I had the filling system restored by Danny Fudge, and worked on the nib myself (adjusting flow, heat-setting feed). This is a non-Gold Seal model, but that fact is more than overridden by the condition of the pen: it has retained its original coloring perfectly--no ambering, crazing, or darkening whatsoever can be seen on the celluloid. All trim is in excellent condition, and as can be seen in the third photo, the cap imprint is perfect. The clip is attractively engraved A.S.N. The nib is a correct extra fine manifold, and writes a nice wet line, with just enough tooth to give a precise feel to the stroke.
