TWSBI Tool?

For some reason, I have it in my head there is a specific TWSBI tool. I want to take the plunger out of a mini TWSBI to clean it and it doesn't seem to want to unscrew.

So, is there a brand-specific tool for this?

It is in the base of the pen case. Pop the bottom cover off and there's the wrench and silicone oil.

And if for some reason you don't have the tool that came with it, the wrench is a very thin 7mm wrench.
