It writes well. I believe it has the common sailor feedback. You can feel the feedback more or less depending on what type of paper you're writing on.
The body has some light scratches from use, and some from posting the cap. There are no dents or dings. You can see the scratches well in the pictures where I used a flash to highlight them. In real life, the scratches are only visible if you are looking really close, or maybe if you're looking at it in some uncommonly intense light.
I'm selling it because I also have a normal size Professional Gear and that pen works better for my hand size.
