Folks, it's an 18k cursive italic vanishing point nib tuned by Mr.Mottishaw. Writes very smoothly, I just find myself liking finer nibs. This is wonderful if you like the style.

I think vpen was asking if it's a stub nib, because the nib appears to be marked <SU>. IIRC, the Japanese makers use the "SU" label, short for "sutab" on stub nibs, "sutab" being the Japanese pronunciation/writing of the English "stub". From the picture and description, it looks to me like the original stub/sutab/SU nib was modified into a cursive italic nib.
