Sølgor pen??

I have had a rollerball pen for some time with "Sølgor" on the top and on a band on the center on the pen. It is my favorite pen but I can't find anything on google. I would like to know more about it and where I can get another. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Solgor...( with the slash through the o ) is an inexpensive Japanese made watch. Maybe has something to do with them? I believe they had offices in San Francisco.
