Would like to buy a user grade Diplomat pen

I'd like to buy specifically a Diplomat fountain, ballpoint or rollerball pen but would consider a rotring pen as well. I will consider any model be it vintage or modern or spacetec made by Diplomat. I'm not looking to spend all that much on this I just want something inexpensive for my EDC so a pen which may show some wear is fine however in the case of a fountain pen it must write well and the nib should be pristine.

Bump still would consider any Diplomat or rotring which is a little worse for wear
