Hi,
I have for sale a black Parker 61. I'm not sure of its exact age, but the model was first manufactured in 1958 so around then. It has a black barrel, and a satin lustraloy cap and rolled gold clip.
The pen, overall, is in good cosmetic condition. However, there are almost invisible cracks on the hood/section part which means ink tends to leak out from there. Seems to be a fairly common problem with the 61s. I had intended to repair it but it's a bit beyond my skill level.
Other than that, the pen is fine. The capillary fill system works well and there doesn't seem to be any old dried ink in there (there may be some turquoise ink left in the pen, however this was filled last week so shouldn't be difficult to clean). The nib seems to be F.
I'm just trying to recoup what I paid, which was £15. Postage is free to within the UK. I'll also consider any trades or part exchanges.
