Shipping is not shown in the price, for Priority Mail within the US most of these can be shipped for $6 insured (the Skyline may require more depending on size of box and insurance). First class mail within the US for the smaller/cheaper items can be done at about $4 within the US.
For most of the pens without boxes (only the Lamy and Wahl-Eversharp comes with one), I can usually pack 3 or 4 pens securely into the same box without affecting shipping cost outside the cost of insurance.

Twist operation to advance the lead is SMOOOTH.

The Mechanical pencil work and smoothly advances lead by twisting the point.
The top pulls off to reveal the eraser and allows for refilling (appears to be drop-in)
