Wts Parker 51 Vac Unrestored 14K F Nib

Good day Everybody, I have bought a unrestored Parker 51 with a 14K F nib and the nib is smooth, unfortunately the cap has nicks and scratches, the vac mechanism works, but fills just a bit of ink, so i think it has to be restored. The imprint on the pen can be seen perfectly. it is a UK made pen. there is also a some kind of code on the back of the clip. As i cant not restore it by myself i am selling it as in the condition as is.
