I hope someone buys this. The Pelikan M101n Tortoise is a gorgeous pen - classic art deco look - and great writer. I bought one with broad nib from a German seller last summer and love it. My purchase was motivated in part by SBRE Brown's video review, which really captures the beautiful colors of the pen:

Question about the second of the two Visconti's...

Are the tines actually separated, or is there pressure applied to the nib in your pictures? The first one (inked one) doesn't appear to be this way.

Those pics are without pressure, so yes it appears the tines are slightly apart. Makes for a wet writer I would presume. Have not dipped or inked it to try.
